As per the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relative of Designated Persons', framed pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with clarifications dated 2nd April, 2019 given by BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., it is hereby informed that the 'Trading Window' of the Company shall be closed for 'Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives' and 'Insider' with effect from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the second quarter/ half year ending on 30th September, 2022, which would be approved at the Board Meeting to be held for the said purpose. The date of Board Meeting will be intimated in due course.
