This is with reference to the e-mail dated 27th December, 2022 received from National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. regarding the following observation with respect to the Disclosure on Related Party Transactions earlier filed by the Company on 17th November, 2022 under Regulation 23(9) of the Listing Regulations for the period ended on 30th September, 2022, copy of which is attached as Annexure-A and the contents of which are self-explanatory. In accordance with the aforesaid letter of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., the revised Disclosure on Related Party Transactions under Regulation 23(9) of the Listing Regulations for the period ended on 30th September, 2022 with requisite clarifications/explanation is attached herewith as Annexure-B.
