| Further, to our intimation dated 20th January, 2021, and in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A and Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board at its Meeting held on 8th February, 2021 has, inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the third Quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon. The Unaudited Financial Results shall be published in the newspapers as per Regulation 47(1) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and would also be uploaded on the website of the Company at (www.balmerlawrie.com) as per Regulation 46(2) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. <BR> The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 05:00 p.m.<BR> Request you to take the above information on record and acknowledge receipt.<BR> | |
