Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2022 along with the Limited Review Report on Financial Statements of the Company pursuant to regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) 2015. A copy of the Limited Review Report is attached herewith for your records and reference is enclosed as Annexure-1 2. Re-appointment of Mr. Rajendra Dugar (DIN:08187495) as a Director of the Company w. e. f. 29.09.2022 for a term of 5 years subject to approval of shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
