J. C. Bose Road, Kolkata - 700014, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026, and to take on record the Auditor's Report thereon.
2. To consider and approve the Directors' Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
