| BANARAS BEADS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/10/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We would like to inform you that in compliance of Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODRrements) Regulations, 2015 a Meeting of Board of directors of the Company has been convened on Thursday, 29th October, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. at the Registered Office of the company to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) and Limited Review Report for quarter and half year ended on 30th September' 2020 and compliance of other Provisions of the Listing Agreements.<BR> <BR> Further in accordance with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window Close Period has commenced from October 1, 2020 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 29th October, 2020.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take notice under Regulation 29 and other of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR> | |
