| The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 13th March, 2026 has declared a second interim dividend of Rs. 8/- (400%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26. Accordingly, the Board has fixed Thursday, 19th March, 2026 as the record date for determining entitlement of members for the purpose of payment of second interim dividend. The Payment of dividend will be made on or after Wednesday, 25th March, 2026. | |
