Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Shri Chandrakant Bhagwat, Company Secretary cum Compliance officer of Bank has tendered his resignation from the said post. He has been relieved from the Bank's services with effect from closure of business hours on 17.02.2023. Meanwhile, Mr. Tafraiz Hussain, Chief Manager, Investor Services Dept, of the Bank shall be in charge of the said department.
