In view of the COVID-19 pandemic and in line with various directives being issued by the Government of Tamilnadu, the Company has been taking measures to ensure safety and health of all its stakeholders including employees. <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Management has decided to close the Registered Office of the Company from Monday, 10.5.2021 - till further notice, in compliance of the Directive No.8 dt: 8.5.2021 issued by the Government of Tamilnadu.<BR> We are taking necessary arrangements to work from home in the possible means and ways.<BR>
