Dear Sir/Madam, We wish to inform that in terms of the Company's Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window of the company will remain closed from Friday, 1st April, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2022 for Specified Persons including Employees, Directors, Promoters, Statutory Auditor and their relatives and all connected persons as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company.
