We hereby inform you that the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited (the 'Company') duly empowered by the Board, in its meeting held on September 4, 2021 has approved allotment of 11,77,855 fully Paid up Equity Shares of face value Rs.5/- (Rupees Five only) each at a premium of Rs.844/- (Rupees Eight Hundred and Forty Four only) per Equity Share, by Preferential allotment to the allottees named below. These shares shall rank pari-pasu, in all respects with existing Equity Shares of the Company.
