This is in continuation to our intimation dated November 04, 2022 regarding reduction of share capital of Company by reducing face value of equity share from Rs. 10/- per share to Rs. 1/- per share fully paid up. The ISIN of the Company was suspended the day after record date i.e on November 19, 2022 and Depositories have issued a new ISIN INE855F01042 to the company. Please be informed that the shares with reduced face value will take effect in the new ISIN. Also find attached the ISIN activation letter received from National Securities depository Limited (NSDL). This intimation may be taken on record in terms of provisions of Regulation 30 and 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
