| This to inform you that the operations at the Company's crop protection formulations plant located at Plot Nos. 66/1 to 75/2, G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate, Himatnagar - 383 001, Gujarat ('Himatnagar Plant') have been temporarily discontinued pursuant to the Directions under Section 33-A of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1974 from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board ('GPCB') with effect from December 12, 2022. The Company has complied with all the observations and submitted its compliance report on December 1, 2022 with a request to revoke the Directions. While the Company is pursuing all avenues to resume the operations of the Himatnagar Plant as soon as possible, it views this this discontinuation of the operations as temporary and not impacting continuity of business in the short term. The details as required pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations are enclosed herewith along with Annexure A. We request you to take the said information on record. | |
