Power has informed the BSE that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended & Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities/shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) from 01st April, 2020 to 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the financial results of Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020 will be sent separately in due course.<BR> <BR>
