| We wish to inform that the earlier filed Notice of 35"" AGM with BSE(Bombay Stock exchange) on 03-09-2021 at 18:22:06P.M should not be taken as final, as the said Notice inadvertently depicts the older version (last year version) of remote e-voting instructions for the shareholders participation and e-voting. Kindly note that the representation of said old instructions was only a clerical error with no malafide intention and accordingly we are again filing a revised and final Annual Report so that shareholders can participate in the voting process and in the AGM with ease and without facing any difficulties.<BR> We hereby further provide that pursuant to Reg 30 and 0f SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith the Updated Notice of 35" AGM scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 30" September, 2021 at 10.00 A.M. through Video Conferencing ('VC"), in accordance with MCA Circulars and SEBI Circulars. | |
