It is hereby informed that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 and the amendments made there under, The 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of B C C Fuba India Limited shall remain closed for all Directors / Connected persons / Designated persons of the Company with effect from 01st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the third quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021. <BR> Accordingly, all Directors / Connected Persons / Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.<BR> The date for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2021 will be intimated in due course.<BR> This is for your kind information and necessary records.<BR>
