Dear Sir/Ma'am, It is hereby informed that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 and the amendments made there under, The 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of B C C Fuba India Limited shall remain closed for all Directors / Connected persons / Designated persons of the Company with effect from 01st January, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter ended 31st December, 2021. Accordingly, all Directors / Connected Persons / Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021 will be intimated in due course. This is for your kind information and necessary records.
