BCL Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2022, inter alia, to:<BR><BR>1. Consider and approve Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter/ Financial Year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022 (Standalone and Consolidated).<BR><BR>3. Recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>In connection with the above, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Internal code for prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from April 01, 2022 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for Quarter/ Year ended March 31, 2022 and becoming generally available.
