| Dear Sir This has reference to the clarification sought by your good office vide your letter No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/KB/ 2022-2023 / 307 dated 30/11/2022 regarding significant increase in the volume of Company's security across Exchanges, we wish to inform you that the Company is in full compliance of the requirements of regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and has made all the necessary disclosures to the exchanges and has not withheld any material information/event that in our opinion would have bearing on the volume of Company's security and/or price behaviour of the scrip on exchanges. We believe that the increase in the Volumes noticed by your office is purely on account of market conditions/investors sentiments and are absolutely market driven and the management of the company is in no way connected with any such event.
