In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code of conduct relating to prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company for trading/dealing in securities/shares of the company shall remain closed for the Directors, Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from i.e. 1st July, 2022 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2022.
