Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and in terms of the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders of the company the trading window for dealing in shares of Beardsell Limited will be closed from 31st March 2021 till 48 hours from the completion of the Board Meeting to consider the audited stand alone and consolidated financial results for the year ended and quarter ended 31st March 2021.
