Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, we hereby inform that Mrs. Shashi Tibrewal (DIN: 06912179) have tendered resignation from the position of the Director of the company with effect from 13th June, 2022. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are provided in the enclosed Annexure-1. Further, the Company has received confirmations from Mrs. Shashi Tibrewal, that there is no other material reason for their resignation other than those provided in the resignation letters dated 13th June, 2022. You are requested to kindly take the same on record.
