Pursuant to the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives as prescribed in the Schedule B of the regulations from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results to the Stock Exchange for the quarter ending on 30th September, 2021 after getting approved at the ensuing Board Meeting. The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated at due course.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives) of the Company and its material subsidiary are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.<BR> <BR> Please acknowledge the receipt of the same.<BR>
