Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and in accordance with the Companies adopted Code of Conduct, we wish to inform you that the 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company for all the officers and designated employees as defined in the code shall remain closed from 01st April, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022. The date of meeting for declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022 shall be intimated separately in due course of time.
