| Benara Bearings And Pistons Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, November 14, 2022 at Registered Office of the Company situated at A-3 & 4, Site B, Industrial Area, Sikandra, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, 282007: 1. To consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the half year ended on September 30, 2022. 2. Any other item, if any with the permission of the Chair. Further pursuant to the Company's code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated person and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Rules, 2015 the trading window shall remain closed upto 48 hours after the declaration of Financial results of the Company for half year ended September 30, 2022.
