Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, we would like to inform that the company has received a show cause Notice No 65/2022-23 dated 31st October 2022 issued by DGGI in the matter of M/s Benara Bearings and Pistons Limited ('the Company') in Fake invoice GST Fraud.The company is in receipt of the above mentioned show cause notice from DGGI and the contents of the show cause notice have been denied by the company. The company is in the process of filling an appropriate reply to the show cause notice to contest the same before the concerned authority. We request you to take the above on your records and oblige.
