Outcome of Board meeting held on 28 July 2025 to considered and approved the following matters:
1. Unaudited Standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended as on September 30, 2024.
2. Audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year ended and financial year ended on March 31, 2025.
3. Resignation of Mr. Akash Ashokkumar Bhandari, Company Secretary of the company.
4. Appointment of Mr. Dileep Kumar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
5. Change in IPO Object through Postal Ballot.
6. Any other item, if any with the permission of the Chair.
