The 51st (Fifty First) Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 3.00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, please find attached herewith the Annual Report of the Company containing the Notice of the AGM for the Financial Year 2021-22, which is also being sent to the Members, who have registered their e-mail addresses with the Company/Depositories, through electronic mode. However, physical copies of the same will be sent to those Members who request for the same.
