Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and further to our letter dated 25th September, 2020 the Board of Directors vide their meeting held today have accepted the offer for sale of company's bunglow situated at Asarwa House, Dr. Balwantrai Mehta Marg, Shahibaug Ahmedabad, Gujarat for a consideration of Rs. 33.30 Crores to M/s Simni Infracon LLP, Ahmedabad subject to necessary approvals.
