B. L. Dasharda& Associates, Chartered Accountants (F.R.No.: 112615W)as the Statutory Auditors of the Companyfor a period of five years from the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further, please note that M/s. Azad Jain & Co.,Chartered Accountants, Mumbai (FRN - 006251C), existing Statutory Auditors of the Company, shall hold office till the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting.
