| Berger Paints India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2020, inter alia, have approved the recommendation for payment of final dividend of Re. 0.30 (30%) per equity share of the face value of Re.1/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2019-2020 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 96th AGM. This, together with the interim dividend already paid @ Rs.1.90 (190%) per equity share of Re.1/- each, aggregates to a total dividend of Rs.2.20 (220%) per equity share of Re.1/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2019 - 2020. | |
