Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has received Resignation letter dated October 31, 2022 from Ms. Surbhi Rawat, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer informing about her resignation from post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect on account of another career opportunity. We thank her for the contributions made to the Company during her tenure and wish her success in her future endeavors. Her successor shall be appointed within due course and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
