| BFL Asset Finvest Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2022 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date and Cash Flow Statement for the Half Year ended on September 30, 2022 and to take on record Limited Review Report thereon. Further, as intimated earlier in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the shares of the Company was closed from October 01, 2022 and will remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2022 for the Directors and Key Management Personnel / Designated Persons / Connected Persons of the Company and their relatives. | |
