Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, we wish to inform exchanges that the Company has requested CARE Ratings Limited to withdraw the ratings assigned to Bank facilities of the Company. All the Banks of the company have issued 'No Objection Certificate' to withdraw the same.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, CARE Ratings Limited had withdrawn the rating assigned to the Bank facilities of the Company.<BR> <BR> CARE Ratings Limited will be announcing the withdrawal of rating process through a press release and the can be accessed on their website www.careratings.com<BR> <BR>
