| Bhagiradha Chemicals & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2022 to transact the following business apart from the other items as per the agenda:<BR><BR>1. To Consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (lnd AS) for the Quarter/Year ended on March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>2. To Consider, approve and take on record the Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (lnd AS) for the Quarter/Year ended on March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>3. Audit Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Year ended on March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>4. To Consider and recommend Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2021-22.<BR><BR>5. To fix the Book Closure date for the purpose of determining the members eligible for receiving dividend of the Company, if any.<BR><BR>6. To decide the date, time and venue of 29th Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>7. To consider and approve the 29h Annual General Meeting Notice and Directors Report etc., for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>8. To consider the appointment of Statutory Auditor of the company.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report by Insider, Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for transacting the equity shares of the Company has been closed from April 01, 2022 and it will open after 48 hours from the meeting of Board of Directors as scheduled above. | |
