| Pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Twenty Eighth (28th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 09:30 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules framed there under and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, September 24, 2021 to Thursday, September 30, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. Dividend on Equity Shares as recommended by the Board, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid to those members whose names will appear in the Register of Members as on Thursday, September 23, 2021. | |
