Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 17th January, 2022 at Mumbai through video conferencing, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended 31st December, 2021. Further, as informed vide our letter bearing reference no. BEPL/SEC/2021/163 dated 31st December, 2021, the trading window for dealing in the Company''s Equity shares by the designated persons and/or their immediate relatives has already been closed w.e.f. 1st January, 2022 and that the same shall open on 20th January, 2022.
