The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, inter alia, has:<BR> 1.Convening of 36th AGM of the Company on Saturday, 26th September, 2020;<BR> <BR> 2.Fixed the date of closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company from Saturday, 19th September, 2020 to Saturday, 26th September, 2020, (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Dividend to Equity Shareholders and holding of 36th AGM, and;<BR> <BR> 3.Fixed, Friday, 18th September, 2020 as the Record date for determining entitlement of shareholders to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020. The Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing 36th AGM, will be paid on 1st October, 2020.<BR> The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4:30 pm and concluded at 7:15 pm.
