| 1. Further to our letter dated 01 September 2021, the 51st Annual General Meeting of the Members of Bharat Dynamics Limited will be held at 03:00 PM on Monday, 27 September 2021 through Video Conferencing (VC) /Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).<BR> 2. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), we wish to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 21 September, 2021 to Monday, 27 September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend and for the 51st Annual General Meeting of the Company. The company has fixed Monday, 20 September, 2021 as the 'Record Date' for determining the members eligible to receive final dividend. The dividend, if declared by the members at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.<BR> <BR> | |
