| Bharat Dynamics Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve (i) Pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday,11th November 2021, inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/half year ended 30th September 2021.<BR> <BR> (ii) Trading Window for dealing in securities of BDL is under closure from 01st October 2021. It is further notified that the Trading Window will remain closed upto Saturday, 13th November 2021 for all 'connected persons' as per the Prohibition of Insider Trading policy of the Company.<BR> | |
