Pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday,14th February 2022, inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2021 and also to consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22, if any. The 'Record Date" for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend will be 24th February 2022, if any declared by the Board.
