In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company: <BR> <BR> (a) Shri.S.Piramanayagam, Director (Finance) & CFO has ceased to be Director (Finance) & CFO of the Company upon his superannuation on 30th June, 2020. <BR> <BR> (b) Based on Ministry of Defence, Government of India Letter No.DDP-M0001(11)/03/2019-D(BDL) dated 20th March, 2020, Shri.Srinivasulu Nuka has assumed the charge of Director (Finance) & CFO of the Company with effect from 01 July, 2020.<BR>
