In compliance with the 'Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading' (BRNL Insider Code), framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), kindly take note that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders (including Directors, Designated Employees and Designated Persons as per BRNL Insider Code and their immediate relatives) of the Company from Friday, 1st October 2021 till 48 (forty-eight) hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2021. <BR> <BR> Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and Designated Persons as per BRNL Insider Code and their immediate relatives) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.
