In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended from time to time) and pursuant to the Company''s 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders', the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for all connected and designated Persons to whom the code is applicable, with effect from January 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021 to the Stock exchange.
