Bharat Seats Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on May 06, 2022, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and apprave the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend dividend on Equity Shares, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>As intimated in the Company''s letter dated March 31, 2022 for the purpose as above and as per the Campany's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for the dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed upto close of business hours of May 08, 2022 and will reopen on May 09, 2022.
