Bharat Seats Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 06, 2022, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 40% i.e. Re. 0.80/- per Equity share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company for the year ended<BR>March 31, 2022. The dividend, after approval of the shareholders, shall be paid within 30 days of declaration.
