| The Company is not required to submit the Report on Corporate Governance under Regulation 27(2), as per the exemption given in Regulation 15 (2) (a) of Chapter IV of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for the Quarter ended on March 31, 2023 as the paid-up capital of Bharat Textiles & Proofing Industries Limited is not exceeding Rs. 10,00,00,000 (Ten Crores) and the Net worth is less than Rs. 25,00,00,000 (Twenty-Five Crores) as on the last day of the previous financial year i.e March 31, 2022. Therefore, there is no requirement to submit report on Corporate Governance for the quarter ended on March 31, 2023. | |
