Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 , Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for persons specified under the Code, shall remain closed beginning from 01st October, 2022 onwards. The trading window will open forty-eight (48) hours after the announcement/declaration by the Company of its un-audited financial results to the above mentioned Stock Exchanges for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2022.
