Pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ("the Code"), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for persons specified under the Code, shall remain closed beginning from July 1, 2020 onwards. The trading window will open forty-right (48) hours after the announcement/declaration by the Company of its un-audited financial results to the above mentioned Stock Exchanges for the first quarter ended June 30, 2020.
