We wish to inform you that consequent upon approval of the Regional Director, Northern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi for shifting of Registered Office of the Company from National Capital Territory of Delhi to the State of Haryana, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved shifting of the Registered Office of the Company to Airtel Center, Plot No. 16, Udyog Vihar, Phase IV, Gurugram -122015, India w.e.f. April 01, 2021. The Company is in the process of filing necessary forms in this regard with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. We shall submit a copy of altered Memorandum of Association of the Company upon receipt of the Certificate of Registration/ Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies. Kindly take the same on record.
